Kenzo x H&M Collab Confirmed!

Today has definitely been filled with super exciting fashion related announcements being reported left, right and centre, but honestly I wouldn't have it any other way! The latest announcement from high street staple H&M is that they will be releasing a designer-highstreet collection in collaboration with one of fashions recently most in demand brands....(brace yourselves) KENZO.

Yeah Kenzo, the brand famed for their colourful prints and ingenously turning the tiger sweatshirt into a staple amongst many a fashion blogger, catapulting the brand into further success, will be teaming up with H&M for a collection that's slated to arrive in stores on 3rd November 2016. We can't wait!

NEWS Just In: Rihanna x Dior Sunglasses

Rihanna and Dior have been great collaborators which started with her first campaign in 2015 for the brand titled 'Dior Secret Garden'. Now a favoured ambassador of the brand, Riri can now add another string to her fashion bow because her new futuristically designed sunglasses collection with Dior has now been unveiled (yay)! The sunglasses are a flat-top shape with the frames featuring cut-out details along the sides with high shine metallic accents.

Back and better with new changes!

Hi there! remember me? Just kidding, but seriously I just haven't been blogging as regularly as I've wanted to because of a lot of factors including work and health and just a lack of good old inspiration. I started this blog as a way to express my love for fashion, share my thoughts on topics I'm passionate about and interact with people like you who enjoy talking about the same things! I think all things considered I've come to the realisation to not compare my blog to the fabulous blogs which I love, because it just ends up stifling you creatively if you let it, but to just continue writing about what inspires me personally and everything else will just hopefully fall into place: I hope you understand what I mean because I feel like rambling here! Anywho, what I'm trying to say is, be prepared for fresher and more inspired content and maybe a total redesign (definitely stay tuned).
More importantly I hope you've all been well and thanks :) Xx

Get the make-up look: Amanda Steele

Make-up and fashion youtuber Amanda Steele is this week's make-up look inspiration. Although she's only 16 she's a pro when it comes to her make up looks; guys her winged liner looks are literally on Adele status. Take a look below on achieving this look exclusively with drugstore products!

Eyebrows:

Eye's:

Primer

Base + Inner Corner
(Base: The shade that's on the bottom row second from the right)
(Inner Corner: The shade on the top row first from the right)

On the crease

Eyeliner

Base:

Highlighter:

(I always prefer to set the liquid highlighter with a light dusting of a powder formulation).
+
(This is also a perfect under brow highlighter!)

Contour:

Blusher:

(I would use the far right shade lightly for a healthy colour to the cheeks!)

Lips:

(I prefer dabbing this on bit by bit for build able colour because I think it's quite nice to have a barely there lip to complement the pop of highlighter and keep the focus on the eyes!)

And that's the look guys! I'd love to see how you put your spin on this look so comment down below or post your look to twitter with the hashtag #ASteelemakeuplook!
